Application Notices for NCCU-iHouse Accommodation for Fall Semester, 2024

  • 線上申請時間：113年5月10日（五）起至113年5月20日（一）下午5時止。
  • Online Application Period: May 10 (Fri.), 2024 - 5:00 pm on May 20 (Mon.), 2024.
  • 113學年度第1學期住宿期間：113年9月2日（一）至114年1月15日（三）。
  • Housing period for Fall Semester, 2024: September 2 (Mon.), 2024 - January 15 (Wed.), 2025.
  • 本會館將於113年6月起進行一樓大廳的裝修工程，預計至10月底完工。您的住宿品質可能會受到此裝修工程的影響，請審慎評估是否要申請113學年第1學期的住宿。
  • NCCU-iHouse is scheduled for construction of the 1F lobby starting from June until October. The quality of your accommodation might be impacted. Please consider carefully whether you are going to apply for accommodation for the fall semester of 2024.
  • 申請人資格：本校交換生、短期研修生(含華語文中心)、訪問生、學位生。
  • Application Qualification：NCCU Students (including exchange students, visiting students, degree-seeking students and short-term research students)

  • How to Apply
    • 本學期已有學號之學位生與交換生請自行以學號上網申請。操作步驟請參考附件3。
    • Degree-seeking students and current exchange students could apply online with the student ID. Please refer to Attachment 3 for the application procedure.
    • 113學年第1學期入學之新生一律由業務單位承辦人代為申請，請業務單位承辦人聯繫國合處。
    • If you are a new student for the fall semester of 2024, please contact the relevant person or department in charge of your studies at NCCU to apply for accommodation.
  • 申請結果公告時間：113年5月27日（一），請至NCCU-iHouse學生區官網公告欄查詢。
  • Please visit the NCCU-iHouse website on May 27 (Mon.), 2024 for the result.
  • 重要事項
  • Important Notice
    • 申請人若同時獲准入住校內宿舍及NCCU-iHouse，僅可擇一入住。
    • If applications for NCCU-iHouse and campus dorm are both approved, applicants can only choose one to stay.
    • NCCU-iHouse保留調整住宿生床位的權利，住宿生務必配合iHouse住宿安排。
    • NCCU-iHouse reserves the right to reassign you to another room at any time during the term of this agreement for any reason.
