1. All applicants should have received an email from the NCCU-iHouse team sent on December 5, 2025 (Taiwan Time, UTC+8). If you have not received the email, you can also check your application status on the NCCU-iHouse website. Please click "application status" on the home page and enter your name and email. For more details, please refer to attachment 1.
所有申請人會在2025年12月5日收到申請結果信件，若是您未收到申請結果信件，您可透過本網站的APPLICATION STATUS輸入姓名及電子信箱查詢。更多操作細節請參閱附件1。
2. There are 3 results for the application, which includes selected, waitlisted, and not selected. For the list of selected and waitlisted applicants, please refer to attachment 2. If your name does not appear on either list, it means you were not selected through the lottery system.
申請結果為3種：正取、備取及未錄取。正取及備取名單詳見附件2。若是您的名字並未出現在正備取名單上，這表示您並未錄取。
3. Selected applicants must follow the instructions stated in the email, complete the online accommodation confirmation procedure, and pay the deposit before the deadline. Please note that the reservation will be canceled, and your room will be released to those on the waiting list if you fail to pay the deposit on time.
正取者請依信件內容於期限內上網完成入住確認程序並繳交訂金（可線上繳費或至櫃台繳交）。未依期限繳付者，一律釋出為候補床位。
4. All the selected applicants are required read and abide the Payment Information and Refund Guidelines and the Enforcement Rules of NCCU-iHouse: Students' Area carefully, provided as Attachments 3 and 4..
正取者務必詳讀國際會館學生區收費標準暨付款說明以及國際學人暨學生會館區管理要點施行細則，詳見附件3及附件4。
5. New residents are required to attend the fire drill according to the housing regulations. The English-session fire drill organized by the OIC will be held on February 12 on campus. If you are unable to attend this session, you will need to visit the Fire Safety Museum of Taipei City Fire Department on your own for a make-up session, which may only be available in Mandarin.
依據住宿規定，新住宿生須參加消防演習。國合處將於2月12日在校內辦理英文場次的消防演習，若您無法參加本場次，您需自行至臺北市政府消防局防災科學教育館參加補訓，且補訓場次可能是中文。
