Refund Policy

Please contact Sue (tzushu@g.nccu.edu.tw) to apply for the refund. The refund will be remitted to your bank account, and please note that the administrative processing time takes at least one month. Students without a Taiwanese bank account may also apply for a refund; however, additional service and transaction fees will be deducted for remittances to overseas bank accounts.

請自行聯絡國合處承辦人藍小姐(tzushu@g.nccu.edu.tw)辦理離宿退費申請,退費方式為匯款至銀行帳戶,行政作業時間至少一個月以上。無臺灣銀行帳戶者亦可申請退費,惟匯款至海外帳戶需另扣手續費。

From check-in date to 10 days after the official start of classes 入住後至開學起十天內 Two-thirds (2/3) of the total accommodation fee will be refunded 退還三分之二宿費
Ten days after the semester begins up to 1/3 semester completion 開學十天後至學期三分之一基準日止 Half (1/2) of the total accommodation fee will be refunded 退還二分之一宿費
Past 1/3 semester completion 逾學期三分之一基準日後 No refund 不退還宿費
